At the Tanner residence in Phoenix, Arizona, RPT engineers were able to provide the client with something quite unique in pool design. A 48 foot long, continuous piece of Highly Engineered Acrylic stretches along the pool’s edge, creating an above ground window that provides transparent views into the bottom of the inground pool.
Because the panel is longer than the maximum length of 27 ½ feet, the window had to be bonded in three places. Due to RPT’s proprietary bonding process, the seams appear to be invisible, giving the Tanners uninterrupted views into the water.
